You may not operate any ATV anywhere in New York State, except on your own property, unless it is covered by liability insurance. Minimum required coverage is $50,000/$100,000 for death, $25,000/$50,000 for injury, and $10,000 for property damage in any one accident. There are over 30 different types of permits issued by the New York State Liquor Authority. The term and fee for each permit varies by permit type. Some permits are only available for 24 hours, while others are issued on an annual basis or for a multi-year period. Marketing Permits may only be used at events where no fee is charged by the supplier or wholesaler to a consumer attending or participating in the event. Each sample given at the event must be limited to 3 oz. or less for beer, wine products and cider, to 2 oz. for wine and to 1/4 oz. for liquor. Liquor and wine used for tastings do not have to be price posted items, however, liquor and wine sold by the bottle must be price posted.
Snow tubing is fun for everyone; all you have to do is sit down, hang on and experience the exhilaration of pure winter fun! The Snow Tubing Park has up to 20 lanes that are 900 feet long and drop 100 vertical feet, plus a conveyor lift to bring you back up the hill! We supply the tubes. There's a special Li'l Tubers area for children under 42" for $12, however occasionally when there is a high volume of traffic Li'l Tubers may not be available. A cozy warming hut is at the base of the hill with a snack bar, fireplace and restrooms. Or you can warm up and rest outside at the giant bonfire pit and our 2 lean to's. There are 12 Parking/Rest Areas and 3 Welcome Centers located at convenient intervals on the Thruway system. These parking/rest areas and welcome centers are open 24 hours daily and offer parking and emergency call stations, *unless otherwise noted. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended at any parking/rest area or welcome center along the Thruway. Vehicles left unattended will be towed at the owner's expense.

The Red or Blue Royal suites each provide 55 square metres of space for five or more people and are also equipped with a bathroom with tub as standard.
